Description:

Soccer SAQ Clinics will develop speed, agility, and first-step quickness.  Training methods will include agility and foot speed drills, resistance training, overspeed training, polymeric, balance, coordination and conditioning drills programmed for the competitive soccer athlete.

 
 
This camp will benefit:
