Agility & Quickness Clinics
Description:
Volleyball SAQ Clinics will
focus on developing first step quickness and improving vertical
velocity. Foot speed, agility, and reaction time development
are most important to volleyball success. Core development,
using a wide variety of medicine balls and training methods will
increase upper and lower body power and range of motion.
Athletes will utilize a wide variety of speed/agility development
equipment.
This camp
will benefit:
Boys and girls ages 10 and up.
